Hello, my name is Nesma, and I am 28 years old from Gaza. I studied sports, but today I am sharing my story to ask for help in leaving the Gaza Strip and building a new life abroad for my family. The only way to leave Gaza is by securing coordination to cross the Rafah border between Gaza and Egypt, a process that is both expensive and complicated due to the high number of people trying to leave. Each time we inquire about the cost, it changes: sometimes it’s $5,000 per person, and other times it can reach up to $8,000 per person. Currently, the Rafah crossing is closed, but if it opens, I will be among the first to leave Gaza.

For now, I am working in a hospital, helping the wounded. This donation link offers a glimmer of hope for me and my family to escape the ongoing genocide in Gaza.
