Our dear Nesha passed away on September 16 after almost a year of hospitalization battling multiple debilitating ailments. During that time, her boys Justin (23), Ahren (21), and Chad (19) barely left her side, except to work, sleep, and go to school. Without Nesha’s salary this past year, the boys have struggled to pay their bills, and are months behind on rent and utilities, despite their best efforts. They qualified for food assistance, but no additional benefits (although if there are any experts out there in attaining other benefits, we will gladly accept help in applying.) Our goal in creating this fundraising campaign is to help take care of the boys now that Nesha is gone. They need to be able to grieve without fearing that they will lose their home or have their utilities shut off. No amount is too big or too small. Please feel free to share far and wide.
