Help Nelson Return Home to His Family

Hi I'm Jenn and I am writing this on behalf of my mother and her husband Nelson. At the end of March 2025, Nelson was taken by ICE in the early Friday morning, when he was on his way to work. Ever since it has been a constant battle with the government to get him back home. We have a lawyer, but we need help paying for his legal fees. My mom is a veteran and Nelson is a constant support to her and our home and without him home all these weeks it is getting harder and harder for my mother and our family to keep things running smoothly and my mom only gets so much from retirement making it a struggle to maintain the household and legal fees. I am helping the best that I can but if you can spare anything or share that would be helpful.

All the money is for Nelson's citizenship and to get him out of the detention center fees.

All we want to do is get Nelson back home and ease my mothers worries. Nelson is loved and cherished by his family and many others. He contributes to this country and our family with asking nothing in return.
