My name is Kimberly I'm writing this on behalf of my sister Neisha Carter. On Monday October 27th she got news no mother wants to hear. Her son Marquel Manns was found unresponsive and couldn't be revived. This is her second son she lost so unexpectedly. My sister was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer,and has been going through chemo and radiation for the past three months. This news is devastating for all of us, as Quel is such a big part of all of our lives. He is a big on Family and took the time to call/see all his family and friends. He was the most Loving Son,Father,brother,nephew,uncle,cousin,and friend anyone could have. This is going to leave a big void in all of our lives. Since this news my sister's health has been declining and she has had to pause treatments her immune system is at 0% I'm asking that we all come together and help take some of this stress of her, as we try and make funeral preparations.
