My neighbors, a retired husband and wife on a fixed income, have always been the kind of people who look out for others. Recently, their lives were turned upside down when severe flooding caused significant damage to their home. Unfortunately, they do not have flood insurance, so the cost of restoring their home will be a heavy burden.
