Last night, tragedy struck our close friends and neighbors when their home exploded into a devastating fire. In a matter of moments, everything they owned was lost. The family is now facing the unimaginable challenge of starting over from scratch, with nothing left but the clothes on their backs. Their 3-year-old daughter, who just celebrated her birthday, lost all her new toys and clothes from her special day. It breaks our hearts to see them go through this, especially knowing how much joy and love they bring to our neighborhood.
