Neely is serving her sentence at Coffee Creek Correctional Facility in Wilsonville, Oregon. Her son lives in Salem and visits her as often as possible. She is due to return to Arizona in May.

She will have to spend the next 6 years there unless she pays for her transfer back to Wilsonville. She has made incredible changes in her life, getting her license to be a cosmetologist to support herself once released. She has also been studying the Bible daily to bring her actions into a way to please God. She is also helping others to learn how to grow from the inside out by following God's instructions. She has a strong friendship with the congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses that visit her several days a week.

Neely has no support, family, or friends in Arizona. Therefore, she is striving to be in Oregon so she can have the support to continue improving her life.
