Hello, my name is Melinda Fields. My father, Cody Fields, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 27, 2025. This was completely out of nowhere. He was a wonderful man and will be greatly missed.

We never think about the financial effect of this until it's too late. He had no life insurance and no savings, so unfortunately, this falls on me, his daughter. I never thought I would ever need to reach out to my community for assistance, but here I am. My back is against the wall. I never knew how much a funeral was until today. If you could please help me and my family give my father a proper burial, I would be so grateful.
