I'm setting up a fund raising page for my dad, Jon Erdmann. He has been sick and unable to work for several months because of health issues. He was rescheduled for doctor appointments because of the COVID-19 virus and just first got in on Thursday May 14th. They took blood and told him he had an elevated white blood cell count and set up a consultation for Monday May 18th and sent him home. His pain in lower abdomen has been terrible for 2 months while waiting for his doctor's appointment. Needless to say he was rushed to the emergency room early this Saturday May 16th with pain so bad he was throwing up and couldn't straighten up. Once in the emergency room he was rushed into surgery and was full of pus and infection from diverticulitis which burst and turned into peritonitis. He had to have part of his intestine removed. He is on an epidural for 3 days and can't get out of his hospital bed. We are looking for friends and family who can understand the long road he has to recovery to help if you can. My dad was a self employed over the road truck driver and now his income will be null!! My mom also had surgery for a lump in her breast on Friday May 15th. Please help us make ends meet if you can!
