Hello everyone! My name is Amanda and I’m starting this go fund me in honor of some family friends that are in need of some help.  Shellie & Don are some of the most amazing humans I have ever met.  Last year they were met with several hospital bills due to some medical issues Don had and are still trying to pay them off.  Insurance and disability were not kicking in and covid was even harder on them then most. Then Shellie received  bad news...she was diagnosed with Metastatic Malignant Melanoma on Dec 22. This turned to surgery to have a mass and 1 lymph node removed. She thankfully has health insurance, but it doesn't cover everything. PET scan showed no other masses but she will need to start chemotherapy in a couple weeks to eliminate cancerous and abnormal cells. Shellie has been a volunteer with the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life since 2008. This couple is always doing for others & now they are in need of some love & support from all of us. Anything you can give will be used for hospital bills & catching up on household expenses. If you are unable to give monetarily please find it in your heart to pray for them. Thank you!
