Help needed for the Chavez Family.

Hi, for those of you who don’t know. We are the Chavez family. My dad is a Greg Chavez. The bond that we have as a family is one of a kind.

Late Friday night our dad was riding home from work on his motorcycle. With less than a minute from home he was hit by a car making a left hand turn. He was badly injured and was sent to UMC Trauma Center. After a night in trauma he was transferred to the UMC ICU, Saturday morning.

He had spinal surgery on Sunday due to internal bleeding.

On Monday he went into surgery for his leg. He is now sedated and intubated for the next 48 hours.

We are hopeful that he is going to be okay. So far things seem to be looking up for him.

With that being said, he will be out of work for quite a long time and my mom will be doing so much to take care of him. It would mean the world to my family if we can get them the help they need to financially take care of him and support them.
