Help needed for my stroke reversal

I want to get treatment for my partner and sole mate, we’ve known each other since second grade (1965)
He had a significant stroke in April 2012 and was in the sub-acute unit for three and a half months. He’s always had a quick wit and always was full of jokes, but all of that has stopped since he is now unable to talk, he was always a creative person in construction and was right handed but now can not use his right hand or arm at all, he also has severe difficulty walking and looses his balance a lot. He so much wants to use his hands, arm and to walk again, and be (Himself) again.
We have found a new stroke treatment that can reverse symptoms of a stroke, so people can live a normal life and be themselves again. The treatment is a 25 MG injection of Etanercept which is administered into the artery going to the brain which will deliver the medicine to the areas of the brain damaged by the stroke.
This radical breakthrough treatment is the brainchild of Dr. Edward Tobinick from Boca Ratan Florida, he has been performing this procedure for 7 years with phenomenal success. Patients that have had this procedure done are now walking more steadily, concentrating, and speaking more clearly and regaining use of once rigid limbs, long after giving up hope that their bodies would ever respond. The drug itself is very expensive and so the treatment is expensive. We will need to travel to his office which is located in Boca Raton Florida to have this procedure done.
We so much want to be able to have a normal conversation and to be able to give each other hugs with both arms.
