Hey everyone!

I am fundraising on behalf of my mother, Stacie Rudometkin, who had a stroke and is in need of help during her recovery.

She was in the hospital for a while because she had a stroke and had a blood clot in her brain. They were trying to dissolve the clot with medication.

She was in pretty bad shape initially. She was slurring her words, having a hard time breathing, hard time swallowing, and was super weak on the right side of her body.

She is now in a rehabilitation fascility for recovery. She is being seen by a pulmonologist, speech therapist, and physical therapist. She is doing a little better, but she is still having a hard time speaking and breathing, and is still super weak on her right side. We have no timeline on when she is going to be coming home.

When she comes home, my brother will stay with her and help take care of her. He is unable to work during this time. They are in need of help during this time to make sure that she is able recover with as limited stress as possible. Anything helps and is greatly appreciated!
