Hello, my name is Patrick Leborio. I am trying desperately to help my brother-in-law, Sam. He has a pace maker and is currently having surgery to stabilize his heart. It is very serious and we are all praying for him. Sam is married to my sister and they have 3 young children. I have not met a more kind and giving soul. Sam is always helping others, volunteers at his kid’s school, helping other family members. Due to surgery and recovery that will take several weeks to months, my family is in need of money to stay afloat. Sam will not be able to work for a while and 3 kids gets expensive as most you know.
