Can you help to improve the care for over 340 + dogs that are in ARCA's shelter? They need our help with funds to build more kennels, repair existing kennels, fencing, and gates, upgrade their electricity and repair plumbing leaks.
A little bit about Fundacion ARCA, it is a Nonprofit organization, run by Valentina Leon which she started in August 2003. The contact information is below:

They have two locations, the downtown clinic in Cuenca, the address is Baltazara de Calderon 2-37 y Miguel Velez and the main shelter outside of Cuenca in Picacay which is where the 340 + dogs are currently kept.
ARCA is the primary shelter that responds to all animal emergency 911 calls. The injured animals are taken to the downtown clinic, then when healty, transferred to the main shelter outside of town in Picacay. They also do the spay and neuter programs at their locations and in rural areas. They have adoption programs for both dogs and cats in hopes to find their forever families.
They are always in need of volunteers to help at their shelters and the spay and neuter programs. If interested, please contact Valentina at 0983350434 or Naty Pesántez at 0983108989.
With your help, ARCA can provide the needed care for the dogs and cats at their shelters.
