Help needed for Melissa and Donita

Hi. I am Donna Daniel, close friends of these two; Melissa Gilliland and Donita Overton.

 

 

Melissa has been fighting Ovarian Cancer most of 2021. This horrible journey begins with a diagnosis, and then endless doctor appointments, treatments, physical and mental fatigue, and then the stress of mounting bills over time. Speaking from experience I can attest to the "one step at a time" mantra that one must maintain when one person goes through cancer, and how it affects the entire family. It's hard to sort out your daily lives as you navigate any illness.

 

They live in Lima, OH. If you would be able to support Melissa and her family by donating anything, it would be a blessing to them. (prayers welcome ). They also are wonderful caregivers to small children in the home. To make matters worse, Donita, Melissa's wife, just lost her job.  She was employed at a private local school and they suddently closed their doors.    I want to help these two have a chance to breathe a little easier in the coming weeks and months.   I am grateful for the opportunity to help them in this way, as so many wonderful friends and family helped me during my struggle.
