In the face of this adversity, I refuse to succumb to despair. However, the introduction of a crucial medication, priced at $55,000 JMD ($450 USD) every three weeks, poses a financial hurdle.

My journey has depleted my savings, leaving me in a position where I must humbly appeal to your compassionate hearts.
