Help Needed for Kidney Transplant (Kidney Failure)

URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR A KIDNEY TRANSPLANT FOR YOUNG TEEN

We need urgent help to gather funds to be able to help my young brother (Syed Shah) receive a kidney transplant to save his life. 

He is only 19 years old and is suffering from End Stage Renal Disease and is currently on dialysis because both his kidneys have failed. 

The medical team at our local hospital is awaiting funding to be able to start the process of a transplant - we urgently need to raise £20,000 GBP to cover the costs of a transplant (and other associated medical costs) that can give him a new life and we need your help.
