Help Needed for Katsu's Recovery and Vet Bills

Friday 1/17/25 Katsu, my cat, was hit by a car around night time in our neighborhood. He had been alone, bleeding and unable to move for an hour, someone had called animal control, and my next door neighbors were passing by and knew he was my cat. They rang the bell to let me know what was happening. The car must’ve been going so fast to not even see Katsu crossing the street. He is currently at Blue Pearl Pet Hospital, staying overnight. Katsu was conscious when I found him, in a lot of pain, and bleeding a lot from his mouth and nose.

I have gotten an estimate of what his total might be, around $7,000. I really would like some help paying for this, it’s being put on my credit card for now. The vet said so far it looks like head trauma and body trauma, though they are not sure what his injuries are fully, hopefully I will get an answer soon. I just want to be able to help him.

Anyone who knows Katsu knows he is the sweetest, kindest, and most social cat. He is smart, friendly, and my best friend. Anything helps. I will update as I learn more. Thank you, please share this if you are unable to donate.
