Hi everyone I am Steven Jules, looking for any amount of donations to help my mother, myself and my cat as seen in the pics. We've recently been evicted (after living in our apartment for 9 years) by court law due to unpaid rent, because my partner (now ex) was stealing the rent money we sent for 4 months straight (he was the one taking care of the rent cheques) also lying about the notices we received due to unpaid rent.

He ended up stealing $8000 from myself & mom "$4000" each in those 4 months of rent (the 4th month unknowingly to my mom & I being the eviction month, which is why we got surprised by the Sheriff & movers & were immediately evicted), that we had no clue wasn't being deposited for rent but was going to a terrible drug habit instead !

I don't feel great making this donation page as I've NEVER asked anyone for money in my life!

But we just had all our belongings, except for what we could think to grab in a small time frame after being told everything was being taken and sent to a storage unit out of town, except for what we could grab before they did!

We are missing some vital things we didn't manage to grab in time....

Long story short, we are in a hotel currently & it is very expensive. I'm not sure we can afford to stay here 2 weeks while we hope to find & move into a place come May.1st! (It's the cheapest hotel around too)

I'm devastated losing my 15 year relationship with my partner to drugs & even more so because of how he royally screwed us over & without a word afterwards....

But with a little extra funds I might just be able to safely move my mom, cat and myself in the West end after losing our apartment.

My work is in the West end, my mom has limited mobility for walking & I can't bear to give up my loving cat
