I need to have surgery immediately and for another ambulance ride.

I need to have a double Patellar Tendon surgery. I really need help, friends and family. I can’t walk; I can barely move. It’s a very serious matter and I need help as much as possible. Whatever you can spare in this time of need would mean the world to me. I know we are all going through it.
