My name is Pastor Nathaniel Jordan. I am creating this campaign to raise funds for my brother in Christ, Clay Warren, and his family. Brother Warren has been diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic adenocarcinoma lung cancer. He is undergoing care and treatment at The City of Hope Atlanta (formerly The Cancer Treatment Center of America). Their expenses have created a severe financial hardship for the family with medical bills, medications, travel expenses, lodging, etc. His wife, Alexis Harris-Warren, has exhausted her leave time from work and will have to take an extended leave without pay to continue to serve as his caregiver.
