My name is Vandana Rajput, and I am raising funds for my HUSBAND's TRANSFER TO INDIA since we (me and my 10 year old daughter) cannot give him needed care at home here in USA. He underwent multiple complex surgeries in past 10 months and is completely bedridden, unable to walk, speak, or remember anything.

Anurag Rajput, whose life changed overnight after suffering a massive Basal Ganglia Hemorrhage — a severe and life-threatening brain bleed.

Doctors have warned that his recovery will be extremely long and uncertain. For recovery he needs continued physiotherapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy to regain basic functions and dignity.

I have been caring for him alone in the USA and have exhausted all our savings on medical bills, rehabilitation, and daily care. It has become almost impossible for me to continue his recovery here. The only hope left is to bring him back to India, where long-term care is more affordable and where family support is available.

However, the cost of medically transferring him from Atlanta to Delhi is extremely high, and far beyond my means. As this involves a complicated process to have a Paramedic/Nurse to fly with him, Airlines as well as Airport's Doctor's approval for all locations (Atlanta, Layover, Delhi). And in-flight Stretcher support as well as at the layover.
