Educator needs Help and Health for the holidays
Donation protected
My dearest best friend, whom I met in 8th grade, is in need of help this season, and this is the only way I know to try to help her. She has endured an overwhelmingly challenging few years. She is a single mom, beloved professor at our local state college, doing her best to make ends meet. She has twin 16 year old boys, one of whom was diagnosed with a rare genetic life altering disease last year; this year, the 2nd twin tested positive as well. Now, she is facing her own medical needs--surgery so that she does not become a victim to genetics herself. Between the copays for the doctor visits for her sons and herself, the surgery costs, and the holiday season, she has found herself lost. This is a person who deserves support. She shows up for her students every day, inspiring them to do more and be more. She is going to have to forgive me for doing this, but I am hoping you will take a moment to donate so she can provide some cheer to her boys this Christmas and can recover without the worry of bills. If you would generously buy her a cup of coffee or a meal, please donate to support her this holiday season.
