Hi there, in the last week of October I ended up in the hospital with some serious health issues, and the following week was let go from my job unexpectedly. This has left me without health insurance and puts me in danger of losing my housing, amongst other things. I need help for the next two months as I secure employment. I am not raising money to buy anything, I just need financial support so I can not have my phone or water or electricity shut off. I know that there is a notion that warm socks or a hot meal goes a long way but the reality for those of us without family to help, most of what we need is cash aid. And before any judgment happens, I HAVE WORKED HARD, this is not my FAULT. This is the system we live in.
