Help need for Dad’s medical, funeral expenses

Hello everyone,

My name is Akari and I am starting this fundraiser for my boyfriend’s family.

My boyfriend’s father is currently very ill as he is battling terminal stage 4 prostate cancer. He does not have much time and within the past month, his condition has gotten progressively worse. His cancer compressed his spinal cord, causing him to be paralyzed from the waist down. Additionally, he has dealt with aspiration pneumonia (related to dysphagia caused by the cancer), UTI, bacteremia and sepsis. 

All of these combined has led to multiple extensive hospitalizations, which have taken a toll on the entire family. 

He has thankfully returned home this past week, but currently needs total care 24/7, causing the entire family to take time off from work. 

His multiple long hospitalizations and medical bills/care costs are piling up very quickly and it is extremely challenging to figure out how to pay for all of this while trying to provide full care to him. 

It is so painful for me to see everyone so stressed about all the costs on top of the harsh reality they are facing every day. 

At this time, we would really appreciate anything.
