Hi, my name is Nechemya, and I am a husband and father of 5 beautiful children, ka"h.

I have a severe case of Neurophybromatosis, which has caused benign tumors to grow on my spine and by my optic nerve as well as 2 aneurysms in my brain. Because of these tumors, my mobility is almost nonexistent, and I suffer from severe pain all the time and constant headaches. I haven't been able to work for a while now due to this overtaking my life.

My oldest is 14 and on the spectrum with emotional and behavioral problems and ADHD. He also has a severe case of scoliosis with a 94% curvature, and 3 vertebrae of the spine and he has Neurophybromatosis. He will be having 2 surgeries soon to try and fix the curvature,and the 3 vertebrae of the spine as well as an additional surgery to remove benign tumors from the Neurophybromatosis from his spine.

My second child, 13, has some minor learning disabilities, ADHD, and Neurophybromatosis, but BH, she is doing well.

My middle child has some minor learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral problems, ADHD, and Neirophybromatosis. We are struggling with schools for him as he falls between the cracks.

My youngest are twins and have Neurophybromatosis and ADHD. BH, they are doing well, but quite the handful.

My wife works part time during the school year, but struggles with mental health issues making it difficult for her to work full time, or work at a better paying job as the one she has is very flexible.

I'm pleading with everyone to please help my family. I feel like we are drowning with no end on site.

Medical expenses are through the roof, and I have no idea how to cover it. It has come to the point where I have stopped going to doctors and didn't schedule my surgeries because we just can't afford it.

On top of my medical expenses, we need to pay for my son's surgeries and rehab afterward.

I'm begging, please help so we can get our health under control. I have nowhere else to turn.
