I'm Walkin' and Talkin' with Jesus Now

Ella, Jacob, Tom and Deb appreciate your prayers. They are in the midst of remembering and mourning, so pray for them and give them space to grieve. Thank you so much for all of your loving support and prayers.

It has been a year since Nayt’s initial surgery to remove the tumor on his face. He has under gone a regiment of chemotherapy for the lung cancer, but there is a need to change the protocol as it was no longer effective.

Although we exceeded the initial goal for this fundraiser, we need to ask for more help. We are updating Nayt’s fundraising as medical bills continue to pour in. Nayt is waiting for a new course of chemotherapy. He is recovering from pneumonia and is unable to work right now.

If you are able to help support him financially during this trying time, it would be a blessing.

Our dear friend, Nayt Mayer, has recently been diagnosed with cancer, and he faces a challenging and uncertain journey ahead. As his family and friends, coworkers at Valley Christian Academy, and brothers and sisters at Valley Christian Church, we are rallying together to support Nayt during this trying time.

Meet Nayt Mayer:

Nayt is not just a friend, but a beacon of light to everyone fortunate enough to know him. As a devoted single parent, he has shouldered the responsibility of raising his children, Ella and Jacob, with unwavering love, grace, and strength, and the knowledge of Jesus Christ. Nayt's faith in God is the cornerstone of his life, and he has dedicated countless hours to the ministry at Valley Christian Church, spreading love, hope, and the message of Christ to those at church, VCA and and in his community.

The Battle Ahead:

Cancer is a formidable adversary, and Nayt is now facing the toughest battle of his life. He has been diagnosed with Acinic Cell adenocarcinoma on the parotid gland, lymph nodes, thyroid, lungs, and the tissue around the kidneys. This diagnosis has brought emotional and financial burdens that no one should have to bear alone. As Nayt focuses on his treatment and recovery, we want to ensure that he doesn't have to worry about the mounting medical bills, the well-being of his children, or the financial strain that often accompanies such a journey.
