Help NaYonce get through her Hurricane Ida ordeal

Hello Friends,
As you may know, my home in the historic Treme neighborhood in New Orleans was heavily damaged after Hurricane Ida on August 29, 2021.
There is significant structural and roof damage and the beautiful balcony needs to be replaced entirely, among other things. I rented the top floor as my primary source of income, and the insurance company has paid a fraction of the total damage (estimated at $221,000) and withdrew my "loss of use" supplement once I hired a lawyer. Meanwhile, the City is doing major water, sewer and road repairs which have made access to my house impossible even if funds were available.
My other income-producing project was buying and renovatong a double camelback in the beautiful Bayou St. John neighborhood. The shortage of labor and materials along with COVID has made the project completion slower and more expensive. This has been a full time job so I've not been able to produce other income until I finish this house!
One side is rented, and I am 2 weeks from finishing and being able to rent. The HVAC unit went out this week and there is no way to fix it.
The cost is $10,000 and I have no way of paying for this since I've relied on savings for past year to cover both houses. It has been a nightmare.
My attorneys are working hard on my behalf and have assured me a substantial settlement, but this will take more time.
I've always tried to be the one helping others out, so it is very humbling to ask for help. I appreciate anything you can do. I can also offer to house you for a nice NOLA vacation once my home in Treme is repaired in 2023. Thank you for your kind consideration.
