Fly High babygirl we love you I know you will be watching over your mommy, dad and sisters. Our family has been through an unexpected and challenging journey. My niece’s daughter, Nayeli, was born with many complications leading to a major kidney failure.

Nayeli was born on October 1, 2024, since then she has been hospitalized first at the Parkland Nicu, and a week later at Children’s in Dallas in the PICU.

Nayeli has had many surgeries in her three months of life, and many more to come. She’s currently connected to dialysis which is working as her kidney’s, but she needs a different dialysis machine for when she’s home. In order for her to come home, she will need specific machines in her room and electrical arrangements.

This journey has been emotionally, physically, and financially overwhelming. Although most medical bills are covered, travel, housing, and daily expenses have been adding up quickly.
