Help Navie Rebuild Her Home

Hi, I’m Navie, and I’m really bad at asking for help, but I’ve never been through something like this before and I desperately need it. 

2 years ago I rented my home out to someone who claimed to have cancer. She had two teenage children and she was a single mom that didn't have any family or anywhere to go. I've always been one to want to help people in any way that I can. If I were in a position like that, I would hope someone would do the same for me. Long story short, I had to evict her for non payment of rent, and when I went inside the house the day after she left, it was completely destroyed. Upon first glance we thought that she destroyed it due to being upset about the eviction, but once we got further in, we realized she lived like this. 

There was trash EVERYWHERE. The smell was so bad that everyone who stepped foot in the house would run out puking. She had fly strips hanging in every room. The toilet was backed up, she didn't reach out to me about this, and instead her and her defecated & vomited in bags, in cups, in buckets, & smeared it all over the walls and their beds. The front & back door were kicked and the keyless entry locks I had put on were broken. I had cameras outside the property, those were destroyed as well. The bedroom doors, destroyed. The subfloor, rotted in the areas where there were massive piles of trash and human waste. The walls were coated with this disgusting slime and the bottom of the walls are rotted from urine. The ceilings were coated with this disgusting yellow stuff. The kitchen cabinets were burned. There was also human waste in the HVAC system. This is just devastating to me, as this wasn't meant to be a rental property, it was my home, my first home that was MINE. I never could've imagined someone doing something like this. I was trying to help someone who I thought was in need. 

Upon moving in she was provided with a new sectional couch, a TV, a TV stand, a brand new full size bed frame and everything. A washer and dryer, an air fryer, refrigerator, stove, & microwave.

All of which were completely destroyed. 

She fled the state to go live with her family in Texas that she said she didn't have. I contacted insurance because I did have insurance for it being a rental, however it doesn't cover any of this which is frustrating. 

I'm a mom myself, and I don't have a family to turn to. I've had so many health issues this past year that have just bled me dry of any money I had. Making a gofundme was the last thing I wanted to do but the house has to be gutted and that alone costs $6k. That doesn't include the dumpsters to get rid of everything.
