Help National Society to prevent cruelty towards children

Donation protected
This fundraiser is for the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
It's important to me because it's a cause that fights for the safety and protection of kids. A cause that fights for innocent kids to live a childhood free from abuse, torment, and cruelty.
I don't know anyone at the charity personally. But that is irrelevant. All I know, is that they are striving and fighting daily to put an end to child cruelty. That is enough to compel me in doing all I can to help.

Picture the scene; an innocent young child, Tommy, is sat at home. A place where they should feel safe, loved, and cared for. But for little 5 year old Tommy, this place he calls home, is nothing but a nightmare. He is is regularly abused at the hands of mum and dad, he is constantly mocked, beaten, and neglected. His older siblings join in with the torment too. Little Tommy is confused, hurt and broken. He doesn't know who to turn to for help, nor does he even know how to... beyond cries and whimpers. He is only five.
I wish I could say that this story is all made up, but it's a reality that too many kids experience all over the world. Little Tommy's, both boys and girls, are currently living hell on earth at the place where they should feel safe. At the place they should feel loved. At the place they should feel cared for.
So please, I urge you, give what you can to help rescue a child from living such a horrible existence.
£5, £10, £20, it doesn't matter. It all adds up.
Just £58 could pay for a childline supervisor for 2 hours, helping volunteer councillors to be there for our children. Innocent children. The world's little angels.
Around 75p of every £1 donated is spent directly on helping children and young people.
So you can rest easy knowing that almost all the money that you give will provide children with the help and support to deal with, and recover from abuse.

Thank you in advance, as I have no doubt that we will smash the measly £100 fundraiser target.
Any excess money raised will still all go to the NSPCC and help them:

  • visit schools and teach children abuse is never their fault and they can always speak out and get help
  • run therapeutic services to help children recover from abuse and get their lives back on track.
  • equip parents and carers with the knowledge, support and skills they need.
  • run their helpline and Childline for any adult or child to turn to for support.
  • campaign for change and demand laws and rules needed to protect children.
  • constantly strive to find the best ways to protect children and prevent abuse.
