Help Nathan with Liver Transplant #NurtureNathan

Hi everyone! Mark and Morgan are never the ones to ask for help, but we know that there are so many who have generously asked how they can provide their support.

In July, Nathan had a liver biopsy due to elevated bilirubin and liver enzymes; he has been on medication and monitored ever since. On Monday (October 4), he was admitted to Cook Children’s for extremely elevated bilirubin and liver enzymes. On Wednesday (October 6), he was transferred to Children’s Health Medical Center Dallas in early stage acute liver failure. Right now we have no answers - except that something is wrong. Nathan has done so well with the constant blood draws, prods and pokes to his belly, the tests, and random people constantly in his face.

As of today, there is no definitive plan or timeline for Nathan’s liver treatment. We recognize that the medical bills will add up, so we have created this fundraiser with the hopes of alleviating some of the financial burden that Mark and Morgan will face. All proceeds will go directly to medical bills for Nathan’s treatment. Any excess will be donated to a liver disease organization.
