Hello, my name is Nathaniel "Metalnat" Hayes and i need help paying the down deposit for Attorney Green to take my case for Sept 3rd. I'm actively seeking court ordered protection from somebody that has maxed out my credit cards and disallowed me access to bank accounts that were tied to only my social security. She signed a lease agreement in my name and turned into the office for the property that i haven't lived at since Jan 15th. Since our lease had expired in October and we were paying month to month, this would have committed me to the burden of rent of 3200 for the next 8 months from when she turned it in. After we split up she was still managing and changing addresses for a life insurance policy that i thought we had let expire as I was never allowed to see the policy.

I have made a mistake in trusting somebody with the entirety of my finances and now I'm working towards paying back the credit cards and anyone that can help. I've successfully paid off the Affirm loan we had just a week ago. So I'm making progress chipping away the 25,000+ debt I have inherited from the relationship. But at this moment to reserve the attorney, i simply do not have the funds available. I opted to live in my van and couch surf with friends as i build out a recovery plan for all the debt to minimize the cost of living to speed up recovery, and that is my current state of life quality. There are a couple big projects coming up in next couple months that should yield 7k in repaying power with 3k remaining so that i can make minimum payments on credit cards, bills, and food/gas.

With all that being said, I could use help. Also please don't just post links to this publicly or tag me directly as i desperately do not want her know that I'm seeking legal assistance for fear of retaliation from her.
