Hi, my name is Nate.
For nearly 20 years, I have lived with chronic lower back pain from an injury that changed my life. In 2021, I suffered another injury in the same area, and since then the pain has steadily worsened. What was once manageable has become a daily struggle, limiting my ability to stay active, be present, and fully enjoy time with the people God has placed in my life.
Over the past year, the pain has increased significantly despite pursuing every treatment available to me. After a failed stem cell procedure and many other attempts at healing, I have come to understand that surgery is now the path the Lord has set before me for relief and restoration.
I am preparing for a major lower back surgery to receive an artificial disc. This procedure offers the best hope to reduce or eliminate my pain while preserving motion—so I can once again move freely, serve others, and enjoy the blessings of family and community that God has so graciously given. While I trust God’s provision, the financial burden of this surgery is substantial, and a down payment is required for me to move forward.
Asking for help has been humbling. I’ve spent much time in prayer, and I believe God is teaching me to trust Him with this process and through the support of others. Scripture reminds us that we are not meant to carry our burdens alone, and I am stepping out in faith by inviting you into this journey.
Whether you feel led to give, pray, or simply share encouragement, please know that your support means more than words can express. I am deeply grateful for every prayer and act of generosity. Thank you for walking alongside me. May God bless you abundantly.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.”
Proverbs 3:5-6 NLT
