Help Nathan with Hurricane Ida Flood Damage

Hi, my name is Amanda and I'm an old friend of Nathan's. As I'm sure most of his friends and family members have heard by now, he hasn't had the best luck lately.

Not only was his bike stolen a few days ago, but his New York apartment flooded yesterday because of the Hurricane Ida aftermath, and most of his belongings are now ruined and his space is unliveable. I decided to put together a gofundme for Nathan so we can help him get back on his feet.

As you can see from the photos, he had to wade through a few feet of water to assess the damage. It's hard to say what the total loss amount is, but without renters insurance, he likely won't receive much help. He's trying his best to find somewhere new to live, but in the meantime, he's tied into a lease until November 1st.

We know Nathan isn't one to ask for help, so when I reached out to him to ask if it was okay to set this up, he was super appreciative, but understandably a little hesitant. But I know he has lots of friends and family members who want to help him, so let's help him! We love you, Nathan! <3
