Hi, my name is Nathan and I am asking for help to recover from a fire that burned down the house I lived in and to recover items that were lost during the emergency. Fortunately myself and the 4 others that shared the house are all safe, though we are all trying to recoup from this disaster. Any help is extremely appreciated and will go towards recovering the items listed below. To give a little bit of background information about me, I am a musician/music producer who currently works making music for tv/film placement, as well as a cashier at a SE Portland convenient store. I began my journey in recovery 10 months ago in July of last year and was living in an Oxford house which has been a wonderful support. Right now I am staying between hotels/airbnb/friends until our house is able to find a new lease and we are able to move in. Of course this isn’t all that the fire destroyed, unfortunately my room sustained extremely significant damages so many family items and personal items are now gone as well. As uncomfortable as I feel asking for money like this on a public platform, this is a time where I need to ask for the help of my community to rebuild and move forward. Thank you!
