Hello everyone,

My wife Kristina and I live in Port Charlotte, FL with our two dogs, Reese and Ivy, and our two cats, Frank and Niko. We were recently devastated by hurricane Ian and lost nearly everything we own to water damage. During the storm we suffered a hole in our roof, which allowed water to inundate our home and ruin our furniture, our clothes, and most of our electronics. 90% of our personal belongings were lost. The only items spared were our dishes and silverware, some wooden furniture, and the suitcase of clothes we took with us to ride the storm out at the in-laws. In the meantime, we have applied for financial, legal, and food assistance with FEMA's disaster assistance dot gov website. We truly hate to ask, but are unsure what else we can do at this point. We ask that you would please consider making a donation to help us get back on our feet. Any donation we receive will go towards replacing furniture, and getting our life back in order.
