Help Nathan Achieve a Healthier Future

My name is Nathan and I am raising funds for bariatric surgery. I’m 39 years old and I, like many, have struggled with my weight all my life. I was recently unemployed after severing ties with my former employer of the last 16 years. My wife of 14 years and I have separated, but we are doing everything in our power to remain friends and undivided for our children.
