Our 26 year old cousin Nate Meegan was walking near his home and was hit by a car at 108th and Maple on Wednesday, December 22, 2021. We are so blessed he survived the accident, but we all know It will be a long road to recovery for him. He is currently hospitalized with two broken legs and several other major injuries that have resulted in 3 surgeries so far. We are encouraged by the doctors and hopeful and anticipating a full recovery. However, we all know that there will be several months of continued medical care and physical rehab while he learns to walk and care for himself again. Nate just started a new position as a pallet jack loader right before the accident, so he is not yet eligible for disability or unemployment. We are trying to help raise some money for him for his rent, car payments and insurance. Anything that you can donate to help offset these expenses would be much appreciated. This will provide him with some peace of mind and relief so he can worry about healing and not his expenses like being evicted or losing his car, etc. Thank you all so much, any little bit along with prayers are really appreciated!!!
