On March 3rd, 2025 at 2:17 pm MT, I was lying in an MRI machine at Ogden Regional Medical Center, terrified and numb—literally.

I had suddenly lost feeling in the skin all over my body. Moments later, the doctor came in with the words no one ever wants to hear:

“You have a growth on your brainstem.”

For a split second, time stopped.

Then something in me clicked.

Instead of collapsing into fear, a deeper voice said:

“Okay. I’ve got this.”

From that moment on, I committed to doing everything in my power—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—to heal.

What I’m Facing

I have an inoperable growth on my brainstem.

Because of its location, surgery is not an option.

This growth is pressing on key cranial nerves, causing vertigo and other neurological symptoms, making it impossible for me to work full-time or travel like I used to. I can teach from home in short bursts, but even that often leaves me exhausted.

The good news:

I’ve already proven that my body can respond in extraordinary ways.

Over the Summer of 2025, through an integrated plan of:

I’ve devoted my life to helping others heal.

I’m the creator of the Integrated Ascension Method (I AM) and co-founder of Ascended Living.

I’ve spent over 38,000 hours training and teaching advanced breathwork, meditation, energy mastery, and integrative wellness.

I’ve been honored as U.S. Wellness Coach of the Year at the 2024 FORTTUNA Global Excellence Awards and as a Health 2.0 Visionaries Award recipient in Dubai.

My students and clients include high-performance entrepreneurs, athletes, and everyday people who refuse to give up on their bodies or their dreams.

One of my close friends, a big-wave surfer, nearly died from COVID and spent 70 days on a ventilator. After learning just the basics of my breathwork method, he told me it was the first time he’d been able to breathe normally since before he got sick. Today, he’s back to surfing around the world. Each session costs $400–$500 and is not covered by insurance

Over time, this adds up to tens of thousands of dollars on its own, but it’s a critical part of my healing plan.

2. Supplements & Integrative Treatments — ~$3,000/month

These include advanced, targeted supplements, lab testing, and supportive therapies that keep my immune system, nervous system, and detox pathways working at a high level.

Estimated coverage needed: at least 6 months

3. Basic Living Expenses — $2,500/month for at least 6 months

Because the vertigo and neurological symptoms prevent me from working full-time or traveling to teach, I need help covering essentials while I focus on healing.
