I have been struggling with extreme tooth pain for a while now, and it’s reached a point where it’s hard to eat or even sleep. The only solution is to have the tooth surgically removed before the infection spreads further, but I can’t afford dental insurance right now. The pain is constant and overwhelming, and I feel stuck because I just want to be out of pain and back to living my life.
