Help Nate and Family Recover from Violence

Donation protected
Dear friends, on behalf of our beloved brother Nathan Austin-Powell, we are opening this fund for anyone to participate in his healing- to help him and his family through the aftermath of the terrible accident and crime that occurred on Saturday, May 7th, 2022.

Nate is a kind, sincere, generous, hard-working brother and father of two young girls, 6 and 8. Nate's the kind of man who takes responsibility for his own life and centers the needs of his family, friends and employees. He is a small business owner contracting with OEC Fiber and has brought fiberoptic internet access to many underserved areas throughout Oklahoma.

We want to thank you for your prayers which have helped us so much through the last week, and to thank the first responders who saved Nathan’s life on that day. We thank the world-class team of doctors caring for him in the intensive care unit at OU medical. We simply cannot put into words the gratitude we have for these medical professionals and the miracles they work. The injuries Nathan suffered were numerous and catastrophically severe, and we are so grateful that he is in such good hands.

Nate is expected to be discharged from the ICU soon to undergo a longer-term process of rehabilitation towards a full recovery. However, this will take time, and many unexpected and uninsured expenses will go into his rehabilitation and long-term well-being. At this time, we are uncertain as to how the uninsured medical expenses of his surgeries and time in such exceptional care will be paid, but we hope and pray that by the grace of God and the Spirit of Life, and any donation you can offer, that we may be able to bear the costs for Nathan and his family. We welcome you to make a donation of any amount, and please continue to hope and pray for us.

Please consider donating any amount to support Nate and his family as they move towards physical and emotional healing from this violent incident. Nate is resilient, loving and irreplaceable, and we are eager to see him heal from this.
