My name is Kendra Howard-Gomez.

My husband Nate was a welder and he was hurt at work nearly 3 years ago. We have been fighting for Nate to get help with his back injury. Now, due to pain and mobility issues, Nate is looking at nearly a total spine correction surgery due to scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, 4 bulging herniated discs, osteoporosis, arthritis, a vertebra that is pushed in, and a spinal fracture. Depression and money worries have been making his progress slow down. Nate is looking at multiple spine surgeries and a very long, rough road to recovery. We are asking for help because I am now going back to work after a serious health issue myself. We have 4 children at home, and 1 child has special needs.
