Hi, my name is Natasha Jones, and I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult times of my life.

Over a month ago, I was hospitalized due to serious blood clots in my chest. I ended up needing surgery and spent more than a month in the hospital. I’m now home and focusing on recovery, but it's been incredibly tough.

I work in sales and rely heavily on commission income. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to work since I was hospitalized. I do have short-term disability, but it only covers a fraction of my income—and it’s not enough to keep up with my mortgage, medical bills, and basic living expenses.

What makes this even harder is that I don’t have much family to lean on. Both of my parents are deceased, and I’m facing this largely on my own. As hard as it is to put myself out there publicly, I’ve reached a point where I can’t deny the bill collectors anymore. I need help to stay afloat while I heal and figure out my next steps.

I’m asking for help to:

Cover mortgage payments and prevent falling behind on my home

Pay for medical bills related to surgery and hospitalization

Afford everyday necessities while I recover
