My name is Natasha, and this is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write. For the past three years, I’ve been unemployed while taking full‑time care of my mother, who recently passed away. Losing her has left a hole in my heart that I’m still trying to understand, and at the same time, I’m trying to stay strong for my four children who depend on me.
