Help Natalie Prepare for Dialysis
Donation protected
Hello, this is Gwen (and other loved Ones). And We are fundraising for my beloved Soror - a Wife, a Mother, a Grammy, a Sister-in-Christ, and a Friend, Natalie Comas. Because of her vivacious nature, her automatic and beautiful smile, and her willingness to serve wherever, many wouldn't know that Natalie was born with Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD). While taking care of everybody else, Natalie also made sure not to abuse her physical body. Nevertheless, PKD is a genetic disorder and a form of chronic kidney disease (CKD) that reduces kidney function and may lead to kidney failure.
Natalie is now in renal failure; and will be starting Peritoneal Dialysis at home. As such, changes will need to be made to her home to prepare for her treatments. You know Natalie is a cheerful giver; but a reluctant receiver. She won't ask for help; so, we're doing it for her. As Natalie and Vernon transition to this new season in their lives, we're asking for your support.
Here are 3 ways to support:
- You can make a donation to this fundraiser. Any amount is appreciated and will be distributed directly to Natalie.
- We pray that, ultimately, Natalie will be chosen for a kidney transplant. Please pray with us! But, if you are so called, consider donating a kidney.
