Help Natalie Pay Her Urgent Water Bill

Hi my name is Natalie, and as hard as it is for me to ask, i need help.

Back earlier this year, my car's transmission needed replaced , and it got me behind on some bills. I was on a payment plan for my water, and because i missed one due to the car needing that new transmission, the plan broke and now the entire balance is due and they want $1000 to turn it back on. They refuse to help me with anything.
