Help Natalie move forward from legal battle

Since the 27th October 2017, Natalie Hollibone and her family have been fighting for justice to defend and prove to the crown that she was the innocent occupant of a vehicle that crashed in Arthurs Creek.
Soon after the crash, Natalie was charged with two serious criminal charges by the Victorian Police for which she was completely innocent. The charges were so serious, it resulted in a 8 day trial in the County Court of Victoria two years later. To defend herself, Natalie had to obtain a Solicitor and expert Barrister and aside from spending an enormous amount of money, she spent endless hours meeting and preparing for all court hearings.
On the 8th November 2019, a jury of 12 unanimously found Natalie NOT GUILTY for both charges – that is 12/12 strangers found Natalie innocent beyond reasonable doubt under the court of law.
As you can imagine, the loss of her car, her job, excessive legal fees and stress has greatly impacted her life. This has cost Natalie over $40,000 in legal costs and has had a significant financial, emotional and physical strain on her life, her parents lives, and the lives of everyone involved, making it almost impossible to bounce back. A heart breaking story to say the least – one that no one can even comprehend.
We’re starting this page in hope that everyone can dig deep into their pockets to help our innocent friend come back from a very traumatic two years.
