I have to start by saying that, I would normally NEVER ask for anything. I have had So many people ask me to start this go fund me. The only reason is because most know that I am struggling financially untill I am able to get disability( that alone is hard to accept My name is Natalie and I have been diagnosed with Alzhiemers Demetia and will no longer be able to return to work( I was an Administrative Assistant for the High Springs Fire Department) I thought all would be fine, but unfortunately I am still undergoing lots of testing and have been put on 11 different medications that are averaging $280. Per month, not to mention the Dr. Visits that are all specialists at $45.00 a pop for co pays. I am now running into higher co pays for scans,mri, lab work by the gobs, and now a very large co pay for a lumbar puncture. Please DO NOT FEEL OBLIGATED to donate as I do not want ANYONE to put themselves out. Prayers Prayers and lots of happy thoughts for me is so appreciated.
